Shipping and Returns
Every Maison Brassel strap ships in a carefully crafted case, along with its dedicated screwdriver and fitting instructions.
Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over 150 euros. Below that threshold, a flat-rate fee of [amount] euros applies.
- Metropolitan France: [2 to 3] business days - carrier [carrier name]
- European Union: [3 to 5] business days
- International: [5 to 8] business days
Orders placed before [cutoff time] are prepared the same day, Monday through Friday.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the delivery status at any time.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item that doesn't suit you.
Conditions:
- The strap must be unworn, unmounted, and in its original packaging;
- The screwdriver and instructions must be included;
- Custom or engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Process
Email contact@maisonbrassel.com with your order number. We'll send you a return label and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is processed within [3 to 5] business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Looking for a different color or size? Let us know when you submit your return request and we'll prioritize your exchange.
