Two-Year Warranty

Every Maison Brassel strap is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is the natural extension of our manufacturing standards.

Scope of the Warranty

The warranty covers any defect in materials or workmanship found under normal use: stitching that comes undone, a faulty buckle, delamination, or a rubber molding defect.

What's Covered

• Stitching and bonding defects;
• Buckle or fastening system failure;
• Confirmed material defects (rubber, leather, steel).

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and the natural patina of leather;
• Damage caused by impact, water (for leather straps), heat, or chemicals;
• Improper installation or modifications made by a third party;
• Custom items, except for manufacturing defects.

Filing a Warranty Claim

Email contact@maisonbrassel.com with your order number and a few photos of the defect. Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange either a repair or replacement.
