These terms of service (hereinafter "the Terms") govern access to and use of the website maisonbrassel.com (hereinafter "the Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you unconditionally agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site maisonbrassel.com and the Maison Brassel brand are operated by Creato.

These Terms define the rules governing use of the Site operated by Creato under the Maison Brassel brand. They apply to every user who accesses the Site, whether as a visitor or as a customer with an account.

These Terms are separate from the general terms and conditions of sale, which govern the contractual relationship relating to purchases made on the Site.

Section 3 - Site access and availability

The Site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. All costs associated with accessing the Site (hardware, internet service, software) are the sole responsibility of the user.

Creato takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous access to the Site but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access to the Site may be temporarily suspended, including for maintenance, updates, technical improvements, or force majeure events, without entitling the user to any compensation.

Creato reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time, without prior notice or compensation.

Section 4 - Customer account creation and management

The Site may offer users the ability to create a personal account to streamline their purchases and track their orders. Creating an account requires providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (email address and password) and for all activity conducted through their account.

If a user becomes aware of unauthorized use of their account or any security breach, they must notify Creato immediately at contact@maisonbrassel.com.

Creato reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or compensation.

Section 5 - Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (text, photographs, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, audio, software, layouts, and databases) are the exclusive property of Creato or are used under license. These elements are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

The Maison Brassel brand, together with all associated logos and distinctive signs, is the property of Creato. Any reproduction, display, use, or adaptation, in any form, of all or part of these elements without the prior written authorization of Creato is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement under applicable intellectual property law.

The user agrees not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, any part of the Site's content.

Section 6 - Non-affiliation with watch brands

Maison Brassel sells premium watch straps and accessories that are compatible with models from various watch brands. Brand names such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Omega, and Swatch appear on the Site solely for compatibility and informational purposes.

Maison Brassel and Creato are in no way affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these watch brands. All brand names, trademarks, and logos mentioned on the Site remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Section 7 - Acceptable use of the Site

The user agrees to use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as these Terms. The following activities are prohibited:

User Content must not:

• Be defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, or discriminatory
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Constitute unsolicited advertising or spam

Creato reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice or justification.

Section 9 - Hyperlinks

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. These links are provided for informational purposes only. Creato has no control over the content of these third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, operation, or privacy practices.

Creating a hyperlink to the Site is permitted, provided that it does not use framing or any other technique that alters the visibility of the Site, and does not harm the reputation of Maison Brassel or Creato.
